SIA Interactive developed Juega 10 (Play 10), a Virtual Reality game requested by NIKE to support the campaign in Mexico, Argentina and Chile.
May 2005 - Mexico, Argentina, Chile
Nike's Juega 10 campaign is based on the dreams of boys across Latin America: to be able to play for their favorite soccer team and for their national team with jersey number 10. The goal is to invite young people to continue to show their moves, their dedication and their natural talent as leaders both inside the stadium and beyond. Brazilian Ronaldinho Gaúcho is the emblematic figure that the campaign is based on.
After a call for bids from several agencies, SIA Interactive was selected to develop an interactive game that would support the concept of this promotion. The chosen proposal involves a Virtual Reality game that simulates a soccer field: participants must first do tricks with the ball, then receive a pass near the goal and then finally kick the ball to try to make the goal. To do so, they put on a shoe tip with a tracker that registers and transmits their movements.
Some attractive Virtual Reality pods were developed specially for the game. These were used at the Nike Temple at Mexico's Sports City and at the main sales points of the company in Argentina and Chile. The game was highly effective, with an average of 100 participants per day per unit. The client was pleasantly surprised by the development, the booth presentation and the game's implementation.
The game was really fun, once again people enjoyed themselves and participation was high. This is why we continue to choose SIA Interactive for this type of solutions.
